New York, New York. The city, it's often said, so good they named it twice. And a city which, it's just as often said, it takes an insane man to wish to live in.

People in our world accept this dichotomy because New York has everything to offer. It truly is the city that never sleeps, and there's so much to do that one almost doesn't mind being stabbed once in a while for doing it.

But this site isn't our world. It's the World of Darkness. And if you think New York's bad for us, pity those who have to live in this shadowy, threatening place in a world where the inhabitants don't live in New York because they're willing to make that trade-off, but because they don't have a choice.

So come with us, if you dare. There's no hand to take. No comfort to be had from your peers. There's just decay and death, and the dedicated few who are trying to save the world before it's too late.
