Manhattan
Manhattan, borough is the cultural and commercial heart of the city, and its dramatic skyline symbolizes New York City around the world. It is composed chiefly of Manhattan Island, and is bounded by the Hudson River on the west, New York Bay on the south, the East River on the east, and the Harlem River and Spuyten Duyvil Creek on the northeast and north. Many bridges, tunnels, and ferries link it to the other boroughs and to New Jersey.

This room is for scenes which take place in Manhattan areas that are in public or exterior settings, such as highways, roads, streets, ballfields, construction sites, parks, schools, squares, shopping malls, stadiums, auditoriums, cemetaries, vacant lots, zoos, etc. Scenes taking place in this room can be easily spied upon by others who are in within view or within earshot.

Martin Starling: That would work, if you would allow me to ride your steed, Miss Arlett. *He sounds rather tired.*

Arlett: *She moves close to LEah* I live by the college, where shall we go *blinking to Martin, nods* I will .. uh Leah you got a car or something?

Leah Simon: *and the wound Arlett took is bandaged until she can get it taken care of by a healer, or lets it heal on her own*

Martin Starling: I live in Chinatown. Just a place to rest for now would be good.

Leah Simon: *she shakes her head* I'll take a different route home - just in case there are more of them out there tonight.

Arlett: humm... I don't think we should split till we are away from her, sure they don't follow...*she starts walking* come my bike is around here

Leah Simon: *she helps get Marty on the bike*

Martin Starling: *He does indeed follow Arlett painfully. He does try to hurry.* He will have an interesting time, however. In the Umbral realm.

Arlett: *Looking up to Martin* what did you do? *she climbs on the bike to ride it and waits for MArtin, looking to Leah* will you be fine?

Leah Simon: *she nods* I'll be okay. Just get him home.

Martin Starling: I asked Fate to guide his steps into the maw of an angrier spirit than I. *He smirks mirthlessly.*

Arlett: *Chuckiles at Martin.. how was that she dind't like him before, shakes her head* good *and then to Leah* phone me when you get home, yes? *giving her her number*

Leah Simon: *she takes it* I will. Be safe.

Martin Starling: *They were both kids. Of course. Likely why they didn't get along.* Let me know somehow that you are quite all right, Leah. You have... done more than most.

Leah Simon: I'll be in Chinatown tonight. I live at the clubhouse, remember? *she checks Marty for fever, worried about infection*

Leah Simon: ((Life scan - and damn, they gave her plenty of foci!))

Leah Simon: d10: Arete+WP: 6,8,

Martin Starling: I will be all right. I shall heal this up before I pass out tonight.

Arlett: *Nods, peering to Marin* hold onto me, ok? *and to LEah* DO phone me

Leah Simon: I will. Go on, both of you.

Martin Starling: *He does so. There is no emotion, really, in it, as he wraps his arms around Arlett's waist.*

Arlett: *Well good there wasn't emotion, else she might freak, nods to Leah and starts the bike, starting for Chinatown* be careful!

Leah Simon: *and she takes a roundabout route to Ling's, being very careful*

Martin Starling: If you need shelter, *he tells Arlett.* You can rest there - it is safe for now.

Arlett: *Blinks.. hmming* thanks *nodding, well the way college was a long one, and she could need the rest where it WAS actually safe* really so Martin

Martin Starling: For now, *he murmurs.* Though I believe I shall sleep as soon as we get there.

Martin Starling: ((And I need to drop.))

Arlett: ((night!! *snugs*)) *chuckles* we'll keep it safe Martin *and nods* we'll ge tthere soon *((nighto!! she'l help him to his bed =P and the leave to sleep on a couch *G*))
