Haven Chantry
Located on the fringe of the Theatre District on 6th Ave & 43rd St, under the burned out husk of the former Hell nightclub. Haven is located well below the surface of Manhattan’s streets, and even below the sewers. Accessible to most only by two well-hidden entrances, one reaches Haven by traveling through tunnels that go on for a good mile until they come to a massive door. Upon reaching this door, any would-be entrant must faces a handprint plate and a swipe-card reader, as well as a well-hidden security camera, which feed to monitors just on the other side of the doors. Simon "Sims" Ashford: *He gives the envelope a curious glance and reaches out to take it.* "What is it?"

Isla Knight: Open it and see. *she settles into the couch, quite comfortable*

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *He pulls the envelope to him and turns it over quickly, before at last opening the envelope and looking inside*

Isla Knight: *inside is a plane ticket for JFK International Airport, with his name on it, from New York to London* It's good for the year, and I'll renew it if you don't use it up when it's time. *she grins* If you feel like coming to visit, or just need to get out of New York for any reason, come see me.

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *He just looks at the ticket for a long while..before smiling at Isla* "Thanks girl...seriously, this is real awesome of ya."

Isla Knight: *she leans down and hugs him* You're welcome.

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *And he hugs her back, a strong pull as he pats her on the back a few times, after a moment he lets her go and pulls away.* "So heh..whats goin on with you?" *He says with a light chuckle*

Isla Knight: Well, you can thank Wall Street and Congress for part of the reason why I'm going to be at the very least in and out of New York frequently - I can't afford to completely hand over this part of the company to someone with the economy the way it is. With the last ten days, you can only IMAGINE the chaos in the office. *she grumbles*

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *He chuckles and nods* "Not like i really pay attention to that sorta shit...but yeah i bet its been one hell of a ride."

Isla Knight: *she nods* Yeah. Everyone's panicking. I'm actually thinking I'm going to suspend learning more about Spirit for now, and focus on Entropy, to make damn sure we don't go under unless there's no other choice.

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *Sims gives her an icredulous look, but its got a grin in it.* "Well damn Isla...planning on using the mojo to stay in buisness?"

Isla Knight: If I have to. *she gives him an arch look before sobering a bit* That company is a nice, steady stream of revenue for the Order, and I've got some ideas about using greater profits to endow fellowships or fund schooling that might lead to more Awakenings falling into Tradition hands.

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *Sims raises a brow to that statement* "Big plans huh? Sounds like a decent one."

Isla Knight: Well, we need to get more aggressive about recruiting, and the Union plan was an excellent one. I have no qualms about stealing it.

Simon "Sims" Ashford: "Thats where i thought you got that idea." *Sims says nodding slowly*

Isla Knight: *she nods* We also need to work on getting people that won't be circulating in educational circles. *she goes silent for a moment, seeming to think*

Simon "Sims" Ashford: "Ya mean like homeless and things like that?" *He asks curious now.*

Isla Knight: That's one avenue. Or people who aren't interested in higher education and might be found working jobs to get by, but still have magical potential. *she runs a hand through her hair, displacing the remnants of her hairstyle*

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *He chuckles* "Well dont over think it girl..keep it simple eh?"

Isla Knight: Pretty much. Play to my strengths. *she lets out a bone cracking yawn*

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *He grins again, watching her do that and goes to stand.* "My thought exactly girl..i should get home...see how stevies doin ya know?"

Isla Knight: *she nods and stands as well* Yeah. Take care. *she offers him another hug*

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *Hew hugs her in return* "See you round girl...hopefully for you dissapear on me." *He smiles and then seperates from her, and turns to the door*

Isla Knight: You will. Night. *she heads into her dorm room at Haven*

Simon "Sims" Ashford: *And he heads out into the night* ((Thanks for the scene roamin!))
