Located near the west shore of Staten Island, just off Victory boulevard sits an old and seemingly forgotten scrap yard. The locals of the small village of Travis are aware of its use and are generally the only ones who on occasion make use of the place. A tall chain link fence spans the entirety of the grounds, being topped off with razor wire to keep intruders off the property. The gate is always locked, but is equiped with an intercom that will put you in contact with the groundskeeper. The grounds are expansive, holding paths that weave through decades of mundane mortal leftovers.
